How long does a detail take?
It depends on the package and the condition of the vehicle. Our Service Detail takes around 2 hours, while advanced correction and ceramic coating packages can take a full day or longer.

Do you offer mobile detailing?
Yes. Our Service Detail and Reset Package are available as mobile services. More advanced packages are unit‑based due to equipment, lighting and environmental requirements.

What products do you use?
We use high‑quality, safe and proven detailing products chosen for performance, durability and vehicle safety. Ceramic coatings are professional‑grade and applied with strict preparation standards.

What is paint correction?
Paint correction is a machine‑polishing process that removes defects such as swirls, scratches, dullness and oxidation. Packages range from single‑stage correction to multi‑stage correction and wet sanding.

How long do ceramic coatings last?
Our ceramic coatings range from short‑term sealants (4–6 weeks) to long‑term coatings lasting 1, 3, 5 or 7 years depending on the package and upgrade chosen.

Is ceramic coating worth it?
Yes. Professional grade ceramic coating protect treated surfaces by reducing the chance of stone chips, extreme environmental conditions and keeps the car looking pristine for extended periods of time.

Do you need access to water or electricity for mobile work?
All we require on site is access to electrical sockets. Deionised water and all equipment are brought with us. Tight parking or restricted access may affect what can be done.

Do you remove seats for deep interior cleaning?
Yes — seats‑out deep cleans are available at our unit only and incur an additional fee.

Do you offer odour removal?
Yes. We offer odour bombs and ozone treatments to neutralise unwanted smells. These are optional extras.
